Name change:
You can edit your name under the "Personal Information" tab in Settings. However, once KYC verification is complete, you'll need to contact support to change your name.
Change registered mobile number:
- An OTP will be sent to your old number — use it to verify your identity.
- Enter your new number and complete verification using the OTP sent to it.
- If you no longer have access to your old number, email support@badbd.click with your NID attached.
